It’s Not Mayo; It’s Sweet Tofu Dressing, Taste of Summer

When this silky tofu dressing first serves on the table, friends might think it’s regular mayo — but honestly, it tastes even better: lighter and healthier.

What’s more, even no difficulty to make. So we truly think it’s worth to have a try!

🥢 Basic Ingredients

  • Silk or soft tofu (Half a block)
  • Yellow sweet bell pepper
  • 3 to 4 seafood mushrooms

🥢 Simple Steps

1,Clean and dice the bell pepper. Blanch the mushrooms briefly, chop them into small pieces.

2,Blend them into a juicy mixture. Set aside.

3,Steam the tofu. Place it into a clean blender and blend to smooth and creamy.

4,Add the bellpepper–mushroom mixture into the tofu purée. Blend together until full combination, a golden creamy dressing.

5,Transfer the dressing to a small bowl. Stir in a pinch of salt, freshly ground black pepper, and drops of olive oil.

6,Chill in the fridge for a short while to thicken the and deepen the flavor.

Now, pour the finished dressing over the remaining half block of tofu, you will make yourself a healthy, refreshing, and sweet summer treat.
